Straight punches
Press Up into Row
Lateral Hold High Knees
Jab, Cross, 2 Uppercuts and Jump
Reverse Lunge to Bicep Curl
Squat into Shoulder Press
Seated Shoulder Press
Shuffle Squat Press

Having stared at your videos in my subscription list for a couple of months, I finally decided to give one a go, and for some reason started with this one. Made it to about 18 mins with weights about half as heavy as yours. Might try a beginners one next!
