Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping from weight loss plan to others as well, I do believe that I need to have tested every fat loss system that was available, however in the end not one of them made it easier for me to lose and maintain the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time with the Custokebon Secrets simply because my cooworker who told me unbelivable things about it and so far to date I've effectively dropped 19 pounds within 4 weeks!

Why haven’t I done this one before?! It was really good and the time flew by. I was concerned I wouldn’t like Faisal and although he sounded like I thought he would he wasn’t so bad. And good old Joe doing each one all the way through. The last 10 ramped things up. Excellent work Joe, thank you as always x

This workout was great. There was a good variety of exercises and 40 seconds on 20 seconds off is a solid amount of work. The way Joe and Faisal casually talk to each other makes you forget it’s even a workout. Great job guys!!
Wednesday April 28th – Ooft! That was a challenge – I kept seeing this one in the Playlist, but kept avoiding it! Haha! Even more fun with 2KG hand weights… Session 109 for 2021.
