I love doing this workout when I don’t have much time and want to sweat

I’m so done with this channel. Thanks to ads in the middle of the workouts, I am done with popsugar. I’ve been a subscriber for years. I work out 5 days a week, always to YouTube follow-along videos. The ads have been creeping and getting more intrusive..I just tried to do one work out in the channel, got pissed at the ads, and stopped it. So I tried this one, and no dice. Still ads in the middle of the work out. consider me unsubscribed.
