😅 No matter how hard you train, if your diet is poor you probably won't make any significant progress. You can't out-train a bad diet and I can't emphasize this enough. Is this level on your body coach workout DVD? I have never done hiit workouts and have not exercised for quite a long time apart from walking and a manual job. I would like to buy the DVD but worry it will be too much which would put me off

Good workout. Easiy to modify each exercise if you want to lower impact or higher or easy to do a few more seconds of each exercise. And being just that bit longer too. Cheers from Australia.
This was my first workout after taking a break because I had Covid. I wanted to get back to Joe’s workouts but didn’t want to over do it. This was a great workout and I was able to step up some of the moves. I feel good now, thank you Joe x
I tested positive for Covid 4 weeks ago and I’ve gone from doing daily HIIT sessions & running 10k to barely being able to walk up the stairs. Today was the first day of my rehabilitation process and this beginners work out is exactly what I needed. Thank you Joe.
Just because it says beginners in the title it doesn’t mean you can’t step it up to intermediate. For example I did 40/20 and ran on the spot, faster leg raises, full speed mountain climbers, chest to floor burpees etc. It’s a great all rounder, love it! Thanks so much Joe x
