You are starting the "next workout" mini video too late. 5 seconds before you have to start!? This should be at least 20 seconds in advance so we have a chance to be ready and working right away. Also it gives it more run time to make sure our positioning is correct. Please revise this on future videos. 🙂

Do you think I can gain muscle on my chest abs arms and legs by doing a 30 minute chest + abs workout, 15 minute leg workout, and 10 minute bicep+ tricep workout+ pull up sets every 3 days? (1 workout each day)
