Here’s a new fat burning HIIT workout. This one is fairly advanced and has a few high impact exercises. If you’re new to HIIT workouts, try one of my low impact, beginner workouts first and work up to this one.
This a great one to do at home, the park or the gym. #NoExcuses.

Man that was hard!!
Im 46 year old woman does your hiit work outs 2/3 times a week. Im probably at intermediate training level. Could you design a work out for this age group. My prob areas are tummy, bottom, thighs & bingo wings – just the norm really. Bit of a dodgy hip so I tend not to do the jumping when you do squat jumps etc.

Pro tip: DO NOT do planks before doing this workout
I did plank for 3 mins before this and now there's no more life left in me😩
