QuickFit Holiday Challenge Day 3 complete!
A great way to work abs without endless crunches on your back; I love the creativity! It was a bit out of my league though, made many modifications throughout, but Day 3 #QuickFit is done!
Finished for #quickfit, a day late as I didn't work out yesterday. 🙁 but I added this one to today's work out!!! 🙂
"Catchup" workout #3 done! Am always surprised how stiff my joints are when I sit cross-legged like in the first exercise… the right one more than the left… so this was good for my waist AND my hips! Thanks, Jessica!

Dec 3rd – Today I met my match: I am very weak in the ab-department – a definite need to improve un. I have always hated the bicycles and have veered away from them. However, Jess being Jess, always encouraging you and wanting you to have the best, she made me feel that I must fight my nemesis and so the 'bicycles section' have now become my additional ab sessions on alternating days. Thanks fo ryour positive energy Jessica. You make me want to push through where I'd normally give up. 🙂
I'm a few days behind in doing the daily workouts, but I have extra time this weekend, so I'm making up the time.
Lost my internet for a bit so now I am doubling or tripling up depending on the day to get caught up. This was a toughie!

I've been doing this for a week. I plan to do this for 2 more weeks until it starts getting easy. I just recovered from ankle surgery and packed on a few pounds. This workout will do the trick in reducing my waistline since I can't stand yet. Thank you for this!

I think I probably should have done some yoga or something today because I was just not into this at all. Maybe I'll try it another day when I have a little more energy.

Great workout, however I cannot sit with legs crossed in front and then get my back straight and hips level. I tried the next post with one leg bent behind and that was even worse as far as being in a level position. I was very twisted so I did the routine while sitting japanese style on top of my folded legs. I'm not sure if I'm getting any benefit that way. Jessica Smith, what do you say? Comments from anyone?
Go back in history a couple of centuries and Jessica would be burned at the stake because this workout is pure witchcraft! The only thing presently burning are my poor abs… 🔥🔥🔥
