I'm doing this soon but idk if I should use my 12lb dumbells for this or not… I'm in a hard to breathe environment as well so.. a HIIT with heavier dumbells than what Cozak is using… Fuck it it'll be so worth it if I go even halfway with heavier dumbells than usual for me 😀

So nostalgic workout! It's kind of change after new workouts. Classic workouts are significantly faster-paced, but excercises are only 30 seconds long. New workouts are slower, but excercises are longer and movements are more complex. Common thing is that both workouts are great! 😀 One workout from the March plan. I just suddenly noticed that I got one day delay. I'm going to erease it soon though. Thanks for great workouts!
