When you say 12 to 30 pounds , Is it just for one dumbbell or both?
This'll be one I eventually move on to for sure, once I well and truly feel confident enough to move on from the beginner workout.
I had to pause a couple times i thought i was gonna kill this workout but then it kicked my ass i had to pause the video like 8 times with 10 pound dumbells and i was about to use my 30 pound 1s like a dumbass lol good workout though i feel it in my whole upper body like i'm supposed too thanks!!

Does 12-30 count for teens? I was wondering because i heard doing heavy weights at early age decreases your maximum growth when adult

I loved these work outs when I first began working out , but then I broke my arm now I'm very weak ! I've so far only made it through the first workout + an ab workout before this video . It's tough to get back in shape but when you have that mind set to go big you can do it .
This was my first time trying this, and it took me 40 minutes to get through the 4 rounds

Ok. Did this with 10 lb weight vest followed by that ruthless 20 min leg routine from a couple of years ago (the one with the neon yellow shoes!) Did the leg workout outside in outside with vest on. Sloppy and slower than molasses but I didn't quit. I'm gonna do those plyo workouts eventually. I'm outta here!
