I have been dealing with lower back pain for over two years, due to a trip in fall in Dollar General. I attended physical therapy for weeks, and I didn’t feel any instant relief in my lower back because it took two months of going to therapy for my back to unlock. Well the pain came back, and I have been depressed and suicidal because my job requires me to be able to sit for 13 hours and get in and out of my truck several times a day. Well this morning I searched on YouTube, and I found this video. Thank God! I feel so much relief, and I’m going to do the stretching and strength training three times a week.

I suggest trying the Agoge diet if you want to build muscle as fast as possible. It worked awesome for me.

I did this video twice a day for months when I strained my hamstring back in high school (2018). I couldn’t afford rehab. My hamstring was completely healed due to consistentIy stretching/following this video, and maintaining a healthy diet. I then went on to place 3rd in the state for triple jump and helped my team win the championship. Then I ran track in college. I still use this video today. Thanks so much for making this! I always recommend it to my friends.

Yes, best work out I found to help my back. It’s been about 6 weeks since I started this exercise and I can’t believe how much better I feel. There were days where I could not get out of car, standing , or getting down stairs without being in discomfort and now I feel lot better. Only thing is I will take couple 1 min breaks in between and do it at my own pace. Thank you. 👍
