you know what? i love your videos and now i'm obsessed…. i just found your channel the other day and as i'm the most unathletic person in the world – i have to say that i started to work-out. my butt hurts my arms hurt my tummy hurts – everything hurts – but anyway, it feels so good 🙂 thanks a lot for these videos!

Hi Katie, I became a subscriber because of your video shoots with Popsugar. I love your spirit, enthusiasm you have excellent workouts. I would agree with the other posters that would be nice if you could do for more full 20 minute workouts. Many times after I run I'll add something on that's 8 or 10 minutes, but there's something a little more motivating for individual workouts when you just have to push all the way through a 20 to 30 minute workout. Keep up the great work and I look forward to exploring more of your videos!😄💪💜

Just finished the Sleigh Challenge on sunday and was so happy to see a week more of workouts. Love this one- definitely needed it after Christmas! I love that these are short and I can repeat- I have a 5 and 3 year old and its rare that I can sit and watch a whole 20 min video, so once I watch the round, I can repeat on my own.

Ugh I'm built like a bird and so bad at HIIIT, LOL. 🙁 But I've heard that these workouts may be the best way for me to stay fit as I approach my 40's. (!) I work out pretty regularly, but got through only two rounds of this. :-/ As I'm working to improve, is it more about getting through the rounds or doing your personal best at each move?
