C&C, I'm convinced that its that motivation, that true honest tone in that voice, the encouagement, that direction, etc.. that keeps me coming back… I found yall late in the game, and have been working out with different groups online, but since I've found Hasfit, I have my favorite 15 exercise groups and I rotate them.. I've tried rotating the others back in to work in variety, but again, its your words that make all the difference.. a burpee is a burpee in any workout, but when you hit the wall and you're talking me through it, that is why I come back here.. I'm a very happy Patreon member and hope to keep you two pumping the workouts out for long to come.. THANK YOU once again….

Just finished my 13th month of hasfit. At age 63 my blood pressure had been relentlessly increasing for years, but I didn't want to take meds for it. Shortly after I started hasfit I went to the doctor and my blood pressure was 157 on the top number. Not good. But not too long ago I went to the doctor again for a wrist injury and was ecstatic to find the blood pressure was 120/70. You can't get more normal than that! I credit hasfit for that improvement. I haven't even changed my diet much. I probably lost 80 percent of my body fat, but curiously I weigh quite a bit more. It must be muscle. Anyway, I wanted to give encouragement to others in the same situation and I hope they benefit from my experience. Hasfit is the only New Year's resolution that I have been able to stay with all year and roll over into the next year. It's a winning formula.
My legs look so fine , I do the training once or two a week plus bicycle almost every day :3 I am so happy ! You are the only channel I trust , your trainings are easy , and I am not the kind of perso who like to go to the gym , So yeah thank you !
your workouts are amazing, this one had me working!! I've had 4 hand operations and its been a ,long road to recovery and building strength. Your channel has great workouts where its ok to have weaker arms as theres a lot of leg work. keep up the great work and its so great that you are just yourselves and not full of corny "woo hoos" like a lot of the other channels 🙂

Loved the workout. It is right that the left side is usually stiffer and/or weaker than the right side. That hasn't EVER changed for me…

Hey, I rotate my workouts with you two, but realizing that the routines, 30 minutes, where you use weights like every other movement, are perfect.. I can totally vary my intensity, no weight, 8 pounds, or go 12 pounds… and variety is the spice of life, so how about another like this? would love to have another to work into the rotation.. and as always, always thankful of your company and motivation… keep em coming!

Ive done many of your work outs 15mnts to 45mnts , hiit , tabata , abs … for the last 2 years . What a better way to stay fit. (It will hardly take just commuting time to gym. Dont bother to carry your gear , driving , parking at gym , shower …) just put on a decent trainer snekers and shorts, pair of dumbells , blast your ac you are good to go ..i mean tend to skip is lesser
