Thank You Maddie. This is the second class I've done of yours. This one today was the 20-minute strength class.I think they are fantastic. Very good queuing of the next exercise. Good instructions and tips throughout. Built-up a sweat too. will do others in the future too 🙂

I really find your commentary useful and motivating, like saying keep your core engaged, or hold your glutes, and form correcting, I always realise that im not doing it properly when you say it so im always getting better because of these comments 😊 thanks so much!
