I love your workouts. I just started watching your videos during the quarantine. I really struggled with the plank, that went side to side, putting your hand in the air and leg. I struggled because it hurt to put my weight on the side of my foot. Do you have a recommendation?

This was a great workout! I really enjoyed the ab and upper body reps. Sometimes I can't get a couple exercises done because of my knee issues. Can you make more upper body workouts or full body workouts (with low impact on knees)? Thank you, again for the amazing exercises! 🙂
Wow, never was into these online workouts, but somehow Maddie's workouts can be easily adjusted to any fitness level– just vary your pace and apply Maddie's advice for modifying the exercise. I love her low impact 20 minute workouts the best. Trying to get back into running and these workouts target all weak areas… just what the doctor order. (Can't say enough of how happy I am to google this by chance.)

20 minutes is perfect. Please more of them for full body or cardio to burn fat before abs workout.

I really enjoy your workouts. I teach middle school PE. My students would also benefit from your workouts but they are middle schoolers. Is there any videos of wearing shirt covers more? Students are not allowed to wear mid drifts or too short of shorts for PE attire.
