Very good workout and exercises but would be nice to have at least 15 seconds in between to get into position as I missed a lot of the workout time which was stressful

I have been doing your workouts now for about a year. I used to have to pause a lot or would not jump right into the next move, but now I keep up and have added arm and leg weights for more of a challenge. Thank you for developing these awesome workouts that get me moving in the small windows of time I have available! I feel so strong now!

I was doing these youtube workouts with you last summer, and then I got pregnant in August! I'm now doing these as my postpartum workouts and have a cute little home gym buddy too. 🙂 I am so grateful for these videos when it's near impossible for me to go to the gym being a part-time working SAHM. Please keep doing them!! <3 I'm only one week in and I already am feeling a difference in my posture and overall energy levels. As a new mom I feel so much more joy, presence, and connection with my baby when I take the time to connect to my body through these quick, intense workouts. THANK YOU!

I enjoy your workouts, but my 50+ year old knees sometimes can't handle the high impact. I modify on the jumping jacks, but would love links to any of your other, similar full body workouts that are knee friendly.
