This routine is not as intense as a lot of the others that you have made but I can feel, as promised, it was a total body workout. BTW, thank you for including the stretch warmup and stretch cool down. The stretch down in particular was a great bonus.

I love your workouts Coach K and Claudia! You're motivating but kind at the same time. I love how there's usually an easier modification for each exercise. Certain exercises I can handle the standard with you Coach, but others I need to just work through with Claudia lol. I love the commradarie between you two. Definitely keeps me going. Thank You for all you do and continue to do. You two are the best!
Hasfit used to be good and have hard sessions. This is far too easy though. I have moved on to other fitness providers.
