That’s just great! I always search for some workouts that don’t have lunges or front leaning positions as I had a foot trauma and can’t stand on my toes or do something of a kind. So this one is perfect for me ❤️

I enjoy exercising with your videos, and I'm really loving this one. I had stop exercising and gain some weight so I'm jumping right back to it. I had a hip replacement about 3 years ago and it's kind of hard to do some exercises but this video is just perfect. Thank you so much💖💪🙌
