Thanks for a great workout! Advertisements in the middle of the workout were annoying. Not sure if you have any say on when the adds are played, but perhaps if the adds are shown when you are changing exercises or taking a break, it would be so much better!

i have never been able to keep to gym for more than 2 weeks. I can play, run for hours but gym was hard one. Now more than a month doing muscle isolation every week – biceps, shoulder, chest, back, legs, shoulders . Already subscribed, will also contribute.

I have enjoyed every one of your workouts! I love weightlifting…I dislike cardio but I love how you sneak cardio effect in by moving quickly between exercises in each superset. Very good explanations & options! Thank you!

Holy moly def underestimated this workout the 3sets are brutal compared to the HASFIT 2set workouts I usually follow 🤣 had to take a quick breather in between 😱 GREAT workout tho also loved the cool down stretches!! Will keep those in mind ☺️ need to get stronger!!

Been working out with your videos for a longer time now and I noticed every time that my legs were a week point because I always started loosing balance. I will try to work on this with this video but couldn't get thought it today because I didn't want to fall down. Well, I'll do better next time and will come back until I can finally do this! So thanks so much for all the great videos!
