omg Adriene Happy BELATED BDAY!
you don't know how much you've inspired me to practice yoga! I don't even care anymore that I'm by myself in front of my laptop screen. LOL! I have been able to really value my time on the mat thru these videos and have learned so much more about the deep history of yoga than thru any "in person" class i've ever been to. so, THANK YOU!

Adrienne, do you think you could do a video for headaches? I suffer from chronic migraines and yoga has made a huge healing difference in my body for other things. I would really appreciate some moves that could help alleviate or comfort for these. Thanks for all that you put up here!

Hi Adrienne, I love your Q&As and your Foundations of yoga videos… I was just wondering do you have any tips if I keep sliding on my mat, I've tried several mats… but the problem remains, especially when I do sweating vinyasa flows….Thanks.

Congratulations on 2 years!  I'll admit that I used to hate yoga.  I took a class a few times years ago.  The constant correction from the instructor was enough to turn me off.  I felt like I was always practicing yoga wrong, so what's the point of me trying.  This past year I found myself needing balance literally on the ice with curling and figuratively in my own life.  I was told to try yoga.  So I decided to try again, and I stumbled upon your videos.  Now I really enjoy yoga and look forward to it each day.

Adriene, I love love loooooooove your work. <3 It's so good to have your videos in my life. As I am a singer and a voice teacher I often work with people who have pain in the neck and uptight shoulders. It would be awesome to have some exercises for them (and my own) that would loosen that a bit. Thank you for the work you've done so far. It does make a difference. You're a delightful yogi. Your energy embodies the essence of yoga, healthy, light and happy. I would deeply appreciate a 75 min. yoga session that is vigorous. When I began practicing 15 years ago I was blessed with teachers who began with warm-up sun salutations, followed by various standing poses, balance poses, then down to seated poses, back-bends,  and a choice of inversions and a nice long savasana.

Only later did I realize how fortunate I was to have such great teachers. Although it was a gym (crunch on 83rd st. in Manhattan) these teachers also embraced chanting. The classes were packed. The energy was amazing. Maybe you could lead a class and have them chant, show various options for the poses, emphasizing alignment and breathing; embracing a practice that suits your body. 

That would allow us, the viewers to tap into the energy of a roomful of yogis (at various levels) chanting and practicing in a way that is really powerful. I realize this is asking a lot, but it's really just like videotaping a full class, with chanting and a full range of poses.

Congratulations Adriene! <3 Btw. I was just doing some core excersises and I noticed that lot of males/men today they have "lapsed chest" and sometimes on the back this hump in the middle part of the back. Could you do something for this? Eternally love U!
