Hey guys. I've been doing Chloe Ting's two-week shred challenge… for 7 weeks!
So, brief history; this was my second attempt. First time I wanted to lose 2 inches in 2 weeks, but it didn't happen, so I quit.
In now my second attempt, I've gone down from 81cm ( 32") on my lower waist to 75-74cm ( a little over 29"). Here are some lessons I've learnt along the way.
-Love yourself first. The difference between attempt 1 and 2 was my attitude. After my failure, I started to consume material that taught me about self acceptance and it made a big impact. Just know that you're beautiful/handsome, even without abs☺
-Have the intent of permanence. Instead of doing it as 2-week or 30-day challenges, I made a choice to start doing them like I'll be doing them all my life. That's why I'm now on week 7 and going.
Of course, this depends on your agenda, but I'd like to believe we all wanna lose that extra fat for good.
-Go easy on yourself. Drop the unrealistic expectations. I was so focused on losing 2 inches in 2 weeks and yet, I'd been struggling to lose them 2 inches for 3 years! If you'd like to place some goals, flow with the rythm of your own body.
-Exercising changes your life A LOT. Since I started exercising, I am stronger,my days are energetic, I hydrate daily (which is excellent for my digestion), even my skin and hair feel healthier. Exercise is about more than just losing weight/inches.
– Harden up. Now, I know many of us try to hide when we're working out especially because of the snippy comments. You gotta harden up. People will always have something to say. But only you can choose not to let it get to you. Exercise is good and important, it shouldn't be shameful.
-Lastly, enjoy the workouts. Okay the first days of Chloe Ting's workouts are not exactly enjoyable 😂😂but it gets easier. You'll even start looking forward to it. You can choose to change and mix up the workouts, and explore new workouts.
My body has never been happier or stronger. I crush them up and down planks like it's nobody's business😃😃. Hope this will help at least one person out there👍

I've never been a consistent person when it comes to excercise…even less if it is at home.. i stsrt once a week and then i quit cause i see no results… But this time even if I feint.. I am doing it hahahah.. IT takes at least an hour to do a 25mins routine… but I guess it is at the beginning… This is my 2nd say of challenge… And seeing the results of people motivates me.. cause the abs is the only thing I am not tos happy about my body, and if I can get better at it.. I will be happy about my whole body…. I just need to be patience and consistent….. Thanks Chloe! You are such an inspiration for me to start this journey… I am not so good at chosing excercises or having a routine… so this will help me. a lot…

I saw some videos made by different people about their Chloe Ting Challenge results and that's what motivated me to look into it. I started with the Slim Thigh Challenge 19 days ago and got just 5 days to go and I have seen a change in my abs abut the greatest change has been the ability to do planks! I used to do them all the time holding it up to 3 minutes but in 2017 I had an abdominal Hysterectomy (like a c-section) and my abs hurt to work them since then so I gave up. I couldn't do the plank exercises and had to modify them and do them on my knees and even then it was very hard for me as it felt like my lower abs were going to rip! I did what I could and kept pushing and now I can do all the plank exercises!!! I really wish I had tried sooner. This is a great victory for me! I will keep going until I no longer feel any discomfort on my lower abs and they are back or even better than they used to be before the surgery. My next Chloe Ting challenge is The Get Fit Challenge!!! Cant wait to see what kind of results I will get from that! Keep going everyone! Oh Yeah and did I say I'm 50 years old?

Chloe! I did the workout for 2 and a half weeks, except for a slight line for my upper abs, there's not much difference, but I have been seeing people in the comments saying how it works, so I'm gonna try to keep going even tho i feel like giving up, ❤️
