Your workouts get me tired but I enjoy them so much! The moves have the same principle but with a twist and are just so much more fun to do while you feel the burn as well, This is part of my regular workout routine now and so are so many of your other workouts, thankyou for making it so fun!

A little after quarantine started I completely lost my routine and one of the things I stopped doing was exercising first thing after waking up. I did keep working out but the timing was very inconsistent and it took up a lot of mental space. I’m starting to get back on track and your workouts help me do that!!
