I love this workout but I would really like if there were 10 seconds in between each move because that first round I wasted 10 seconds learning what the move was going to be and also getting into position. It's too fast, that can lead to injuries. But I do love the moves.

Another great exercise which really helps to and firm the abs and booty. I've also been using some of your squats and sit ups for a Mental Health Challenge, which I'm doing with my FB friends. I hope you do not mind!
It's been 8 months since I visited this exercise as I've been doing all your other ones instead. I'm glad I came back to it though. It's so good for balance as well as keeping the abs and gluts firm and toned!
