Hey dude! Could you make a video about why don't black men do Strongman, Armwrestling etc., but at the same time Bodybuilding is full of black men and they are obviously extremely good at it.

80’s and 90’s was the true golden era of bodybuilding . Conditioning , proportions and size were all a priority. These guys all look better then the last few Olympia line ups we’ve seen.
Lee Haney was just terrific, Albert Beckles Biceps are in my opinion one of the seven wonders of the bodybuilding world, Platz's thighs, another wonder, Arnold's Pecs, Dennis Tinnerino's abs, and Dorian's back n calves, Triceps belong to Roelly. Just my opinion of course folks.
great encapsulation. Great lineup. There's a reason they called him "Ageless Albert Beckles". But to be clear, he was 55 in 1985. Your narrative suggests he was already in his 60s.

In 1985 Lee looked fantastic. Even his arms weren´t lacking.

The posing, personalities, professionalism, and physiques that got us “almost old” guys started in the gym back in the day.
The Lee Haney era of bodybuilding is when I became a fan . Imagine a ten year old me, looking at all these superhuman physique and thinking , if in work hard I can be in shape too. Maybe not to the levels of a bodybuilder, but overall health in general. I had a mindset that if I were in tune with my personal health , I could make leaps and bounds in other areas of life ! Ahhh, the mind of a ten year old. I'm so glad I grew up without technology !
apparently there is confusion on Albert Beckels age by 8 years.some say 1930 others 1938.any idea on this ?
He didn't retire from bodybuilding Sergio Oliva continue competing in Europe and winning numerous titles in different organizations
