Hi Amy! One day before delivering my son, I ran into a door and had a placental abruption. Because of this, I have a two finger diastasis recti split and a mommy pouch that won’t shrink. Any advice on specific exercises I should start out doing before moving into the complicated stuff. I find even holding plank position to be strenuous on my core and I instantly start shaking. Before pregnancy I could plank for 60 seconds and repeat no problem….🤷🏽‍♀️

I also had a big baby. My son was 22 inches long 7lbs 14 ounces. He was also delivered via c section instead of vaginal. I’ve heard after c section it can be difficult achieving a flat tummy again. Is this true?

Thanks XOXO

Thanks for these videos Amy! I'm 4 months postpartum with C-section as well, so I was a little apprehensive about the exact ab workouts to do. Your postnatal series is really helping me get back on track with fitness!

Not postnatal but heard these were good for ab conditioning at any life stage. I am a pilates junkie and I found this to be VERY effective. I will be watching more of your postnatal workouts for strong abs! Thank you, Amy
