Love your videos! Random question, what brand of nursing tanks do you wear? They are so cute! Thank you!
I just love your videos!

Hi Amy! One day before delivering my son, I ran into a door and had a placental abruption. Because of this, I have a two finger diastasis recti split and a mommy pouch that won’t shrink. Any advice on specific exercises I should start out doing before moving into the complicated stuff. I find even holding plank position to be strenuous on my core and I instantly start shaking. Before pregnancy I could plank for 60 seconds and repeat no problem….🤷🏽‍♀️
I also had a big baby. My son was 22 inches long 7lbs 14 ounces. He was also delivered via c section instead of vaginal. I’ve heard after c section it can be difficult achieving a flat tummy again. Is this true?
Thanks XOXO
Great workout, thank you!
Love love love your workouts! Found you when I was pregnant and you kept me fit throughout my pregnancy and now my baby is 5 weeks old and I'm ready to go back to being active again. You're awesome! Thank you!
Hi Amy, question for you, does DR heal better after nursing?
This was fantastic, thank you for posting! I am 3 months postpartum and was looking for a workout targeted specifically for postnatal and your video fit the bill. 🙂
This is the most versatile and interesting diastasis recti workout I've found. Original moves, I love it!
Thanks for these videos Amy! I'm 4 months postpartum with C-section as well, so I was a little apprehensive about the exact ab workouts to do. Your postnatal series is really helping me get back on track with fitness!
Fab! Even 4yrs pp & doing much stronger workouts sometimes, I loved this core reconnection. Thank you
Not postnatal but heard these were good for ab conditioning at any life stage. I am a pilates junkie and I found this to be VERY effective. I will be watching more of your postnatal workouts for strong abs! Thank you, Amy
