I LOVE this workout! Feels just the right pace and range of exercises & I'm genuinely learning to love the burn. I've been doing HASfit workouts since the beginning of the year and I can say with honesty that you have completely changed how I feel about exercise. I do them nearly every day now and see them as a form of self-care to look forward to, rather than a punishment to feel resentful towards. It has really helped my mental wellness during the pandemic too, as I'm sure it has many others.You guys are so real, friendly & encouraging- it feels like you want everyone to succeed! This is my first time do this 17 min upper body workout . It’s a good workout . Push ourselves since no one can do it for us. It encourage me since I try to skip the workout today . However I check it off my list . Feel proud of myself . Thank you for the encouragement wording. The coach always say burn is good . Don’t feel it yet. I may feel it when my fitness level is more improving . 😀😀
