This workout is great if you’re looking for something that’s a bit more low impact.

It’s also great if you need to keep the noise down.

2 rounds | 8 exercises | 40 seconds work | 20 seconds rest

Walkout to 2 Press Ups with 2 Squats
2 Reverse Lunges with 2 Squats
Slow Mountain Climbers
Crab Toe Touches
Low Lateral Squat Walk with Half Walkout
Plank with T-Open Twist
Raised Leg Crunches
Cobra – Downward Dog Press

Gyms are so overrated at this point. Idk if it’s the work out or the heat here in Spain lol I’m still sweating 15 minutes after the work out!

I'm stuck in a hotel room eating nothing but takeout following a civic diagnosis. This is invaluable.

Little tricky doing the whole thing twice while I'm still recovering but got through once and will work my way up.
