Thanks Amy !!! in the past 3 months I've lost 1/2 in per mo and at my last weigh in which is the third month I lost a whole inch vs a half just by doing a variety of your videos 5-6 days a week
I love single digits .. My jeans slip on easy into a size 8. From a 14 this time last year.

Been doing this and 8 minute Kettlebell ab just about everyday before I do treadmill and lost 3 inches after 10 days. I have to measure again soon. I can see soo much visual difference. I'm being able to engage my core soo much better too now during exercises. Thanks your videos are great. Difficult but you help to explain and make them doable and they feel soo well rounded I've seen such great results from your videos.
I've started doing some of your shorter ones for specific areas rather than full body all the time. Enjoying mixing it up a bit. Thanks for your great workouts, I will never to a gym class again !

This was definitely a core challenge! I was surprised I was able to keep up. I used an 8lb and got a great core burn and felt strong. Glad I found this video. I will be adding into routine!
