works great. always try at least 30 minutes but this feels like I've done MORE than enough. great for when you have a tight schedule (napping baby)

Chose this as my last workout of cycle 1 week 1, what a work out I can only just move now.
I think the crunches are the excercices too avoid for such reps. It's the recipe for back injury as fatigue will hit at some point during the excercice
After Googling weight loss programs and investigating the results, the “loli special plan” (Google it) is by far the best resource available. You will lose 10 pounds in a week easily.

Loved this one Joe! Great idea increasing the reps by one with little rest. Perfect if your in a hurry and need to squeeze in a killer workout!

I have been trying a new Body Coach workout each day for about a month. I will do a 25 min workout then a little break then a 15 min workout followed by a 20 min Abs workout after another small break. Oh my days what a seriously killer workout this is, the hardest Body Coach one i have come across so far. Its so hard as you can't slack as it's a set amount you have to do and keeping up to joe's speed. Well you can go at your own pace but you know what i mean. I did falter a little on some of the lunge jumps.
Will try this as my first exercise in a few days and report back.
Ok you asked for feedback and my feedback is, it would be nice to get replies to these comments. Interaction is good, other workout coaches on You tube do it. With a team of 50+ surely something could leave a comment now and again? …….Tumble weeds…..

This is probably the hardest 15 min workout Joe has recorded IMO. Keep coming back for punishment though!

I did this after doing PE with Jo everyday during lockdown and continuing with HIT workouts 3/4 times a week ….this literally nearly killed me! I thought I was getting fitter! ?
Did not click on knowing what I was getting into! First time in ages I’ve verbally screamed at myself and at Joe!!! Love it! Think I’ll do it again same time next week to see if I can do better! 😂👍🏻😂👍🏻💪🏻😂
