Please join me (and Peanut!) for this full length, 2-in-1 cardio and total body sculpting workout that you can do in a small space, with minimal equipment and no floor work required (it’s a great way to get moving even on really busy days!). This non-stop, low impact (meaning no jumping, but it still packs a punch!) cardio strength session is a great complete sweat session on super scheduled days when you are short on time, or it can be added on to your regular workout anytime. We’ll use a lot of single-sided strength moves to help challenge the core and build your coordination while working multiple muscles at once to stay in the zone for the full workout. Just push play and let’s get moving today!

I liked this one. Went with light & medium weights my first time, did some switching back and forth (have to be careful with up and out shoulder moves). May be able to go up on some of the moves.
