Being 36+ weeks with an engaged baby and feeling like all I want to do is sleep and go pee, but still wanting to get in at least some movement this workout specifically is awesome! It's quick only 15 min but you really end up feeling like you got some good movement in! I love it! Gives me the energy I need and the movement for my muscles and baby!!

I'm recovering from a back injury and my holistic Dr. told me to take it easy on working out for a while – this is perfect for recovery even if you aren't preggy.
