This 15 minute mat workout uses bodyweight Pilates inspired moves to sculpt, strengthen, tone and tighten your entire lower body—legs, butt, inner thighs, outer thighs and hips. You core will be engaged throughout as well, so as a bonus your abs are working as well. Options for all fitness levels.

FAB workout, Amy!  I decided to do this on my rest day today, and got a great quick & focused workout in my trouble areas.  I'll be using this Pilates video on a regular basis.  OH–just found your April workout calendar, too and will be using it faithfully!  Thanks again for keeping me healthy & fit!!  XO-S

Hi I’m a beginner at working out. How long can I do this exercise for? Like will it be okay if I do this workout for 15 minutes every day for a week then do a different workout the next week.

I just want to say thank you for all your work! I’ve worked out with you for 3 years and you’ve taken me from Pre pregnancy to pregnancy to post natal.
