When I used to do cheerleading and gymnastics the instructor would tell us to squeeze the penny to stabilize us in stunts and help us not to fall

I’ve been following Cassie for a while now, and I love her Pilates but I struggle quite a bit.
This was the first time that I’ve made it through a workout without pausing at all, just pushed through the whole thing and I feel amazing!
