Thank you for making low impact cardio workouts videos! This worked well for me. It definitely got the heart rate up for me. I have herniated discs in my lower back, it got bad on me where I cannot run & jump. Some of my toes goes numb! Hopefully be able to soon! I could get away with baby hops time to time. If there is an exercise where I don't think it's good for my lower back like bending over & touching the ground, going back & forth, I would think of a different exercise for that time! AND I'm definitely interested in investing some wrist weights some time this month for low impact cardio! I have nerve pain in some of fingers from a pinched nerve in my neck, gripping a dumbbell is a bit painful for a long time. I have to find ways to challenge myself & keep this body tone!! (:

I have done most of the popsugar workout..actually im kinda big fan or their work🥰🥰🥰🥰..but what i wanted to tell u is that i have always thought that popsugar STRONG by zumba 20 min workout was this hardest until i did this 15 min no equipment cardio🥵🥵🥵this is killing me ..my breath was like the last breath of my life.
