This 15 minute workout uses one mini Pilates ball to strengthen and sculpt your entire core. Flatten and tighten your tummy using just the ball. Use a rolled up towel if you don’t have a ball. Options for all fitness levels.

This worked the deep core so well. I’m a year post partum and it felt great to get back to transversus abdominal and pelvic floor connection. It’s such a reminder that these moves are important no matter what fitness level. I paired this with your new HIIT Workout 🙌😅💪
