Hey Scott, I’m 15 and I just started working out and all that, but my legs have been kinda lacking for a while, and I think I know why; I don’t know how to do a proper squat. Is there something I could do to perfect my form?
is that courtsey lunge or curtsy lunge??

Hi Scott, I done this workout a few time before and it's very effective. When I do this work out at home, I like to use these adjustable weights I got from last Christmas. I would set it to the full weight which is 52.5 lb, and I thought that was pretty intense. Today I did this work out again and I had to make it a little harder to challenge myself; so when my birthday came, a while ago, I got a weight vest that goes up to 40 lb. I just set it to 20lb just to see where I was at, and wearing the weight vest set to 20lb plus the 52.5lb adjustable weights made is work out extremely intense!

Round One: This is pretty easy. Usually Scott pushes us harder.
Round Two: Actually feeling it on the squats now. Curtsies are getting hard too.
Round Three: Urgh my legs are tired.
Round Four: Every rep hurts.
Round Five: The pain in my quads is all that was and all that will be.
