Very difficult but I can try it
This gets a thumbs down for me because she moved to quickly from one exercise to the other. As an over 40 woman who is still active but doesn’t move as fast, she was halfway complete with the exercise before I started. Some yt’ers stuff least give a quick rest between each exercise
I’m also doing low impact because I’m in pt and trying to ease back into my workouts but this isn’t the one. I stopped at 6 minutes in
like the trainer but not the repeating for such a short workout but I did it and appreciate her hard work
