Hello Joe, I have always done high-intensity training when I wanted to keep fit. I have started again with your routines. great stuff.
I used to do my own which was 10 Down. 5 Exercises 10 of each then 9 of each etc. that was manic. then when that got easy I added other stuff. Is there any way I can contact you through email? Thanks for the workout.
Brilliant session, challenging in a different way to the usual HIIT!! Thank you for posting!!
Thank you very much. I really enjoyed it. You are the best coach ever.
that is a very liberating squat ..
I would have no time for HIIT around those guitars 😀
That was a little harder than expected. Good though.
Read the book called `The Supple Leopard` all about gaining torque in the joints that you talk about in the squats.
Thank you! Really needed it.
wow this was a great workout.. you can actually feel it in the hips!
Thanks joe for the workout. Had taken a 6 weeks break after meniscus injury. Now starting afresh with this. Hope it works 🤞🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you, your videos mean I can workout anytime I choose as a bolt on to my other fixed classes, much appreciated.
Hi Joe, any chance of doing a HIIT for runners? I try to do a work out on my no run days, could really do with some help to strengthen muscles that support knees? Thanks 😊
Good work Joe! Enjoyed this one.
I think you probably have a/some trigger points in your gluteus medius, piriformis, quadratus lumborum. Or others. Those are my problem spots. Check out The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Clair Davies. That book has helped me immensely! Love your workouts
Enjoyed this workout, thank you.
This was a great workout. Really felt my hip working. 👍🏼🙂
Got a few injuries at the moment and this was perfect after a run 👍
Great low impact workout
Enjoyed This – trying so hard to rest the knee … gonan do some weights after This now 💪👊
Ran a half marathon a few weeks ago and absolutely hammered my hip joints and knee, really loved this workout, it was pain free and hopefully helps to strengthen my hips and knee back to recovery!
Great workout. Not too fast, not too slow. Excellent job Mr wicks ❤️
This one got me sweating. I did 40/20, I could have maybe done another round. Thanks so much Joe x
Great low impact, lower body session; particularly useful for me at the moment as I have a shoulder injury so anything too high intensity is painful
