This workout has 5 different exercises and we’ll be working for 2.5 minutes before taking a rest and repeating the set. It takes 15 minutes in total and you don’t been any equipment.

Been doing this for a good while now and like mixing it up with a longer work period and shorter rests. More of these please. Good mix too of cardio, stretching and abs.

Love your workouts Joe, my only issue is there are a couple of exercises here that aren't low impact if you have bad Knees…e.g. first exercise and the curtsey lunges!…Not a complaint tho as love your sessions,merely an observation for us knee sufferers…much love tho❣

Enjoyed this, very taxing, just what I want. I have had ACL's replaced in both knees so low impact is ideal, but started to find some of the other low impact sessions were not really putting the pressure on me as much as this one does…….more of the same please. Cheers

Loving the low impact workouts as I have a prolapsed disc in my lower back, if you can do more low impact ones that would be fab or if you have any good core exercises to help maintain my back that would be amazing!

surprisingly got me knackered out but within about 5 minutes less than usual !!!
