Love this workout! The pace was great, definitely had to pause a little longer between rounds but I loved the intensity of the faster pace. This is definitely a workout I’ll be saving to do later.

While I wish I could be a beach workout-er, my favorite place is my own home for videos like this, or a group class at a fitness center.

Loved this so much! It's almost like doing a live workout with Katie and friends! So fun and kept me going the whole way! I worked out at home, but my favorite place to workout is a park – I love being outside! Thanks ladies.

Love this! Wish I could do this workout at the beach like ya'll, but sadly, red tide is all over the beautiful beaches in Florida. Honestly though, I LOVE how I can do these workouts anywhere, even from the comfort of my own living room. Instead of having to get myself to the gym, I can just do it right in my home and that helps me actually get it done! Thanks LoveSweatFitness!!!! <3

Question Why is it that you do you round one twice and then round two twice but in the hot body sweat guide you tell us to do around one then two then round one and round two???? Just curious???? Technically my favorite place to work out right now is my den. I've got my music, all my equipment, plenty of space and my doggo to keep me smiling in between sets 😍 Buuuuuut… I'm moving early next year, so that favorite place will most likely change!

my FAVORITE place to workout would be the beach like you if I had the perfect weather and beach, but in reality the perfect place is at the gym. But with these LSF workouts I have been loving workout anywhere (home, office, travel)!

I LOVE that you had the girl in the pink leggings show us and easier way to do it, because not everyone can jump right into the other exercises, because they have so much to lose. It's really inclusive!! I feel like most work out videos just expect you to be able to do push ups and stuff already, they're for getting fit not losing weight lol. I really love your videos- subscribed!
