Hey friends!! Today’s video is a little different. You’re always asking me in the comments whether I can do a home workout so here it is! I have to say, I was dead after this one! If you’re new to this then I provide some easier variations for you to work up to doing the full routine!! Enjoy and lots of love as always!! xxx

WORKOUT:

15mins, 30s per exercise – go all out, 30s rest. If you’re just starting out, I’ve provided some tips in the video to help you progress toward the full move. This workout is challenging so it’s meant to be difficult but the good news is that it only lasts for 15mins! (:

1. Floor to ceiling touches
2. Forward and backward bounds
3. High knees
4. Squat thrusts
5. Jumping alternative lunges
6. Pike sit-ups
7. Alternating pistol squats
8. Front plank walks
9. Reverse plank walks
10. Jump squats
11. Box knee drives
12. Kick sits
13. Corner agility drills
14. Kneeling squat jumps
15. Static iguana press-ups

Hey friends!! A lot of you asked me about doing a home workout so here we go! As you can tell, I die about 3 mins in!! It's a challenging workout so I've added some alternatives to help you build up to the full workout if you're new to working out!!

Love this!! Thank you; HIIT workouts typically Youtubers show it in the gym which is good. But sometimes when your traveling for example, this is so helpful. The Iguana Push-Ups looks so fun ;P

I like how in older videos like this 1 she actually explains how to do each moves properly cuz in the newer videos i mean obviously they are more refined in quality but she puts tips in writing and im more of a visual learner sadly and so i need to see the moves.

Amazing workout that makes the use of Plyometrics to get the most cardio and fat burning in such a small amount and use of time! It's perfect if you don't have a lot of time to get a good workout in, to do strength training, at least you can get a good challenge and fat burning workout that will get your heart pumping and where you feel amazing after because of the challenge and benefits. Cardio always makes me feel more alive and the feeling of my blood pumping makes me feel so alive. Thank you Natcha Oceane! Love your workouts! Do you have an app?

Just did this after my at Biceps, Triceps, and Chest Strength Training exercise and it was just the Cardio I needed to get in for the week. It wasn't to hard to get through but enough intensity to get my heart rate up a bit, and was so fun! Those Iguanas are so weird, never done them before. lol! I love me some Pike V-ups and Alternating Ab side kicks she includes in here. Not sure if i listed the name of the workout right, but if you go through the video you will see what I mean.
