Can these exercises be done without Bands? Coz i don't have them
This was… ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I usually don't like repeated exercises but this was EFFECTIVE and simple. And I like how all the exercises went from standing to the floor instead of up and down. If I have to transition from standing to the floor then back up again I'm already out of breath for all that. Thank you so much.
