M a big fan of urs.. i just love watching u workout.. i wish i could do as well. M having slipped disc issue and can't work out and not even exertion from daily routine. Can u make some workout program for people like me?
Disc problem is increasing at a fast pace. So it will be helpful for a lot of people who wanna work out gaining w8 but can't do much. Any safe program for us?
