Don’t be discouraged, I can only do 10 minutes of this workout now, but soon I hope it will be a piece of cake. Even if 10 minutes of exercise is all you do for the day, or a 15 minute walk, it’s something! Start small, if it hurts take it easy, you’ll get there!

This was a fun and short workout. Adding the warm-up and cool down it just falls under 30 minutes. I'm sure going to feel it in my arms tomorrow 😅
