This workout is a little different as we’ll take out rest at the end of the round, not after each exercise. It’s a mix of dumbbell and cardio exercises so it’s a tough one!
4 rounds | 5 exercises | Do each exercise for 30 seconds then rest for 1 minute at the end of each round
Dumbbell Bicep Curls – 30 seconds
Burpees – 30 seconds
Dumbbell Squats – 30 seconds
Squat Thrusters – 30 seconds
Shoulder Press – 30 seconds
Rest for 1 minute
x 4 rounds

this was great. I'm on cycle 3. Was going to work in the morning and had no time to do a complete circuit from the cycle. This one was perfect to get some exercise done and go to work without guilt! 🙂

omfg this was haard, I had already done a quick workout for my chest and I died here. Now down to my obliques!
Nice!! Would be great to see more weighted resistance workouts, ascending and descending pyramids etc.
Some work outs that are safe to do during pregnancy would be amazing. I exercised during both my pregnancies, and I honestly believe it had a really positive impact on my body during pregnancy, labour and post partum. So many women shy away from exercise during pregnancy, as they worry about it being safe, and what to do.
