I found the modifications hard to follow because of the hesitations. Usually a big fan though.
The workout looks amazing … I just think the soundtrack is very poor

I think the dance workouts could use some better music. It should have something energetic with a beat that you can keep up with and makes you move to the music.
Umm this is not dance. It's jumping around with an occasional grapevine and three step turn. Jumping jacks are not dancing.
Not a fan of the music. Also it didn't feel like dancing, more like jumping around, needs more rhythm 😔
