First 2 mins of video: This is too easy – I'm getting bored. Then the music dropped and I was like, "Oh snap!" By the end of the video I was sweating a little too much for a 15 minute session. Loved it !! I'ma repeat it a little later.

good energy dudette~~-people don't fret — if you can't follow initially enjoy- practice good form & breathe:)- modify if needed-nope—– nope- once your heart rate is up- it is suicidal to jump down to the floor
