I love this workout so much.
This is a perfect alternative to dance exercise when I don't feel like keeping up with rhythm but still want to work on my coordination and maintain my aerobic zone.

Thank you very much, Jessica.
Please keep making more workouts like this one.

Fantastic to do this again this morning as part of the #fourweekfusionfebruary challenge. Fun to work both body and mind and have fun too. I am just about to get ready to do the other recommendation for Day 6 which is Brain Fitness Fun from WS1. Enjoying the challenge big time. It is so good to have the rotation and I love the variety and choice.

Thank you! I'm a figure skater and with the rinks closed due to the lockdown in the UK, this was a lovely workout to keep up with my coordination skills! <3

Did this as an extended warmup in front of a 30 minute resistance workout. Now, doing a bit of light stretching at the end of the day (7 hours post workouts) and I'm gob-smacked at the noticeable effect on my basic balance/stability. Intelligent workout design! Applause!
