30-day dumbbell Challenge, Day 5… All good. I think I need to add some cardio in – the 45-day Challenge was more demanding in that way.

Im doing this workout for 6 months, twice at week. A the beginning I was using 3 Kg dumbells and now i've reached 10 Kg dumbells but my Bicipites / Tricipites are not growing in size. They're just athletic, i feel strong but nothing more. Any suggests?
