Thank you for this!
Awesome Workout!
Perfect little workout to do when taking a break from study. Feeling energized to get back into it now. Thanks Joe 🙂
awesome work Joe 🙂
It's fairly low impact, except for on the wrists, 100% feeling that; so just giving them a good twist and opposite stretch now. and as someone else said the squats and lunges for bad knees are no fun
Just signed up to 90 day plan, waiting for my plan, but thought I get a head start, just did this work out, haven't worked out in years… it killed me… but just what I need to get me back into it.
I always shy away from HIIT workouts, but this was great. Managed the whole thing!
Great way to ease myself to more intense hiit sessions! Thanks, Wicksie!
thank you maaaan!!!! i appreciate it
Very cool, thanks
Brilliant way to get back into fitness. I've been slacking recently and wanted to find something to ease myself in, without being too easy. This was perfect. Thank you Joe!!
perfrct WO in times of waiting for my wedding day to come!
This climber is a great workout!>>>ur2.pl/1143 I don't have a lot of free time, so I love a workout that can burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time. The customer service provided by MaxiClimber is great, I had some trouble with a part on my climber after about two months and they were happy to send a replacement. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an awesome fullbody workout.
It's a good workout to start with, if you haven't done any workout for some time
I couldn't get to the gym this week due to work,so did the Fat Burning HIIT workout every night instead.Couldn't face it tonight,so this was perfect.
This is a fantastic little routine! I've been doing it three times a week with my girlfriend, and it's just perfect for getting back into more high intensity exercises. I had to make a modification for my sciatica issue though, as I was getting some pain during the single leg crunches, so I substituted these with "bicycle crunches" and I feel much better. After a couple of weeks the routine is already getting easier, and I think I'm going to increase each exercise to 35sec, and reduce the rest time to 25sec, with the total workout time remaining at 15min. What do you think, Joe?
Amazing! Really enjoyed that!
Thank you! My wife and I are house bound from Coronovirus in Chicago, but found you on BBC Radio London. Since then we are doing your lo impact workouts twice per day. We don't work out as a norm but are grateful for your videos. This may change us for the better:) Thanks again!
hi
Hi joe I like your videos and you are killing me LOL because it’s so hard to do
Thanks so much Joe – done a full week of workouts beginner level now and already seeing a difference in mobility and feeling more positive at this difficult time – THANK YOU!!!
awesome, great for quarentine in a small flat!
Hitch family, Mum Kerry and Dad Dan, Joshua 9 Nathan 7 and Zachary 2; keeping up our PE everyday by doing this low intensity work at the weekend. Kent UK. 🖖
Enjoyed this one. Good for a Saturday morning!
My gym teacher sent me here😂😂😂😂 thank you corona
It is the best thing
My very first You Tube workout. Corona virus made me do it and I didn't hate it! I can go to the gym for two hours but the thought of working out at home makes me nauseous so I love that it was just 15 minutes. Totally inspired and followed it up with the kettle bell workout. Now how to get my husband on board!!! Thanks again.
At first I thought this was going to be an easy workout until I did the whole thing!
THANKS YOU LEGEND 🙌
Hi I just wondered if this and the other low impact hit are good when you are trying to conceive? I don’t want to do anything that will hinder my efforts but I want to get back into fitness now I’m at home all the time due to covid.
Who else had to do this as quarantine hw
Well apparently my knees are worse off than I thought. This was way too hard on my knees and I felt and heard a nice tearing sensation on the walk outs 😣 other than it not being low enough impact for me, it was still a good workout.
Does it actually work btw I’m only 13 so I actually wanna know if it works xx
Great to have low impact workouts…..excellent!
It’s been almost 2 weeks ! I do workouts with u ! It’s great ! And this 15 minutes video is so convenient and effective! It doesn’t take too long
Good one to loosen out my lower back this morning! Now onto something else…
Just here cuz my teacher told me to😀
What's the first workout name??
I know this is an old video, but I just wanted to let you know today I really didn’t want too, to be honest even post workout I still don’t wanna exercise but I already feel better for it. I choose this one cos for month my back being playing up and I haven’t really exercise properly since March due to gym closure. I follow you on socials and your message is getting through, the days you don’t want to is probably the day you need to do it the most. I am going to try and join your wake up with Joe this month again my shifts dos even that little bit of movement will do be good. I think between you and Shona my mobility and fitness can and will get better. Much Love a tired, feeling old nurse 💜
As a PEWithJoe and now WakeUpWithJoe devotee/disciple, I’ve been using a lot of The BodyCoach’s back catalogue since the first lockdown ended (Thanks Joe for all the content you make available 👍🏻👏🏻🙌🏻🤸🏻♀️). I really like these low-impact workouts for the days when my knees are stiff, or I’m a bit tired for whatever reason, but I still want to do something to mobilise, stretch and just get moving👍🏻😊
👍🏻
Thanks Joe!
Boooooooo
anyone here from live lessons
Hi Joe, do you know of any exercises you could recommend for someone with costochondritis please?
I’ve recently been diagnosed and have gone from exercising 5 days a week in form of cardio, HIIT & weight training to nothing and it’s very depressing 😭😭😭😭
