I filmed this workout about 1.5 weeks ago and some parts of the burn on my leg blistered up after I finished the workout! I wasn't ready to workout yet but i'm still glad i got this filmed! Haven't really worked out since. 😂Hope you guys enjoyed this program so far!
It's an old video but will try it and update you everyday at first (hi I'm logy from egypt I'm 164cm length,56 kg .
I play ground hockey and I'm a little fit but I wanted to lose weight and a flat stomach)
Day 1:I it was kinda nice but I litterly can't move or rise my hand it's very tiring
Day 2:I'm going to skip today cause I took a syringe in my arm and I can't move it strongly so I will skip
Day 3:I skipped today too cause I had an injury in my leg during a hockey match
Day4 :I went good today I do it with an injured leg cause I'm stubid but I didn't get tired a lot as the first time so I guess that's good
Day 5:it was nice too and the moves become easier and easier (my body is good butI have a fat stomach and I started to fell a difference ,my goal is a flat stomach and small waist)
Day 6:I skipped today cause I'm lazy 🦥☠️
Day 7: completed
Guys I skipped many days I was depressed and I couldn't do anything but now I thought they nothing deserve than achieving your goals so I will try again
Day 8:went good but there is one in the middle of the video I couldn't do it but it was great tho

I started this workout today as a new year resolution. I've decided to workout 4x a week. I know I have a tendency to slack off after a few days. So I'm starting this diary kinda thingy here where I'll update on progress.
1/1/2022- Couldnt finish the whole thing. My lungs gave out at 8:11 . I guess I'll have to slowly build up my stamina
